RETURN & REFUND POLICY
This policy is only applicable for product(s) purchased through this Website.
Return and Exchange
If there happens to be any discrepancy in products that you received, please contact us at 0173378480 or you can write to us through services@emasserinur.com for further assistance. Please note that all return/exchange requests must be made within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt.
Return/Exchange request will only be entertained if the conditions are met:
Product(s) returned must be in its new, unused, unsoiled and original condition complete with original product packaging and accompanied by the original receipt. The returning cost of the item to be exchanged shall be borne by the Customer. We will not take any responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances during the returning process by the Customer.
Exchange request due to change of mind and /or for items that are damaged due “wear and tear” are NOT ACCEPTABLE. Exchange is only limited to the same design of the same value subject to stock availability. Exchange with other product(s) of different design or value shall be at our absolute discretion.
Should the price of the exchanged item is higher, Customer is required to add up the difference in price. If the exchanged item price is lower, we will refund the excess amount to the Customer.
Refunds
Otherwise than provided above, request for refund shall not be entertained.
Order Cancellation.
Request for Order Cancellation by Customer shall be made within 24-hour upon placing the order provided that the order has not been shipped out. We will not be able to make the cancellation once the order(s) have been shipped out. Please contact us at services@emasserinur.com for request for Order Cancellation.
Order Cancellation request can only be made for the following reasons:
Cancellation request due to change of mind is not acceptable. We reserve the rights to review and approve all request for Order Cancellation.
